The DragonMed Midi Plus has been carefully
designed and manufactured as a lightweight,
cordless pipetting controller. It can be used
with all plastic or glass pipettes between
1 - 100 ml and also with the DragonMed Proline
5 ml (Cat. No. 780200 and 780300) and 10 ml
(Cat. No. 780310) tips. The linear speed control
allows the aspiration and dispensing speeds
to be adjusted easily and precisely to suit
either large - or small - volume pipettes.
The aspiration and dispensing speeds can also
be fine - tuned during operation by applying
varying finger pressure to the operating buttons.
The Midi Plus has been designed so that it
can be suspended for the duration of pipetting.
This option can be employed to reduce the
strain associated with long operating periods.
The Midi Plus also features and attached support
which allows the unit to be rested on a table
between dispensing routines with a pipette
attached. Midi Plus is a battery operated
pipetting aid which can use measuring pipettes,
volumetric pipettes and blow - out pipettes
made of glass or plastic in the volume range
0.1 ml to 100 ml. The aspirating and dispersing
speed of the pump can be adjusted with a help
of speed potentimeter.
The Midi
Plus is a lightweight cordless rechargeable
pipetting aid which can be used with all
plastic, glass and Pasteur pipettes between
1 - 100 ml and also with the DragonMed 5
ml and 10 ml pipette tips. The linear speed
control allows for the aspiration and dispensing
speed to be adjusted easily and precisely
to suit either large of small volume pipettes.
The speed can also be fine - tuned by applying
varying finger pressure to the operating
buttons.
The Midi Plus can be suspended
using a unique spring - loaded accessory.
When pipetting the Midi Plus can be pulled
down to an ideal working height, held in place
by tension and locked in position. It can
be raised when not in use. This optional accessory
is ideal for reducing the strain associated
with long operating periods.
